All of our products are covered by a 10 to 30-day money back guarantee, depending on the manufacturer.
If you are not satisfied for any reason you can return the item for a refund. Please, e-mail
Customer Service for a return authorization code. Items WILL NOT be accepted without the authorization code.
Once we receive your package we will issue the refund. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable
and there is a 20% re-stocking fee for non-defective items.
Products that are returned must be in original packaging and unused. We will not issue a refund on
products that have been used or partially used.
We cannot accept returns on fragrances, bath and body products, waxes, gels, fragrance beads or liquid
dyes due to the nature of the products. We also cannot accept returns on candles and embeds due to the
fact that they are custom made for each order.
